Comedienne and actress Wofai Fada has shared pictures from her traditional wedding with Taiwo Cole despite her in-laws’ disapproval of their marriage.
Wofai Fada announced her marriage to Taiwo Cole in an Instagram post on Saturday with their pre-wedding pictues.
However, the Cole family in a statement dissociated themselves from the marriage, saying they were unaware of the marriage plans and did not grant consent or support.
Unconfirmed reports claim Taiwo’s father rejected their marriage because of their age difference.
On Monday, the My Flatmates actress shared their traditional wedding photoshoot on her Instagram account in which she added that their joy will be permanent.
She wrote: “The Bride, and groom @taiwo.cole.7 And our joy shall be permanent. Thanks to my team@amyaghomi love my outfit.”
