Comedian, Woli Arole, has joked that he is trapped in London in the United Kingdom due to the coronavirus crisis.
The 30-year-old made the joke on Instagram on Wednesday when he shared a picture of himself in a deserted train in the city.
He explained that he came for two shows which have been cancelled but is unable to leave the country due to the travel restrictions put in place to contain the outbreak.
The Ibadan-born comedian wrote: “… The two shows I came for in the UK have been cancelled… Na hustle carry me come ooooo now we don trap for abroad…”
Woli Arole’s ordeal comes as another comedian, I Go Dye, announced on Tuesday that he was cancelling his 25th anniversary show due to the pandemic.
