The alleged victim reportedly woke up at 2am to discover Gilman, who is 5’7” and 17 stone, having sex with him with his hands ‘pinned down over his head’.
The man went to police after ‘managing to work his way out from underneath her’ and then throwing her out of his home.
Detective Roger Ishimitsu wrote in his report that the alleged victim had been sleeping ‘very hard due to a long day’.
Gilman received a second-degree rape charge after her DNA was found on the alleged victim when a sexual assault examination was carried out.
She had denied carrying out the rape and told officers she suffered from bipolar disorder and psychosis.
The man said Gilman was the ‘acquaintance’ of one of his neighbours.
She has since been charged with second-degree rape for assaulting a victim ‘incapable of consenting to sexual intercourse by reason of being physically helpless.’
According to recent Facebook posts, she said she was ‘2months sober and I’m 31 weeks pregnant.’
She is the mother of two other young children.
Detectives agreed it was unusual to have female charged with such a crime.
“From a statistical standpoint, yes, it is atypical to have a female aggressor,” Detective Drew Fowler, told KOMO TV, “but we work to hold all people responsible for their actions. The law is specifically written to be gender-equitable and we will charge anybody with a crime that they’ve committed.”
