Actress Wumi Toriola and her colleague Habibat Jinad have finally reconciled after five years.
Habibat in an Instagram post on Friday, reveal that the duo fell apart five years ago over an undisclosed issue and she was surprised when she Wumi followed her on Instagram.
The actress said she followed Wumi back, sent her a message and the latter responded.
She wrote: “Let me quickly drop this here @wumitoriola and have not been talking for the past 5years now, if you ask us want happen we just don’t know. To cut the long story short, I saw her following me today on Instagram and I was surprised.
“And I had to followed back and sent her a DM and she responded. Although, I’ve prayed to almighty God that I want to celebrate my 40th birthday in peace with everyone and God answers prayers. We are not getting younger anymore we all need peace, love and unity within us all. Much love @wumitoriola.
On her part, Wumi said she was tired of watching Habibat from afar and could not “stop going to her page to see Okikiola her new born.”
She wrote: “Myself and @realomojinad couldnt still figure why we stopped talking for 5years. followed her on instagram few days ago, couldnt stop going to her page to see Okikiola her new born, got tired of peeping. Followed with my full chest She sent a dm and the rest is history.
“Once again,@realomojinad if i had wronged you in any way am sorry..Love and Light(As it is na me and my fans never drop owo omo Love leads.”
Several of their colleagues congratulated them for making peace with each other.
