Rapper and songwriter Ycee has remembered his dad 19 years after death.
The 27-year-old in a tweet asked his fans to say a silent prayer whenever they see his tweet on Friday.
“Today makes it 19 years without my dad THE ALHAJI on the face of this earth. Please say a silent prayer for him on my behalf every time this touches your timeline.
“I know you’re proud of your sons and daughters. Rest In Peace to all the loved ones we miss,” he wrote.
Ycee released his debut album Ycee vs Zaheer in 2019.
He came into limelight after his single “Condo” which featured Patoranking.
The Festac born studied marine biology at the University of Lagos.
