Peter Olayinka, husband of actress Yetunde Barnabas, has dedicated his club’s victory to their newborn daughter Gemma.
The Super Eagles player who plays for the Czech professional football club in Prague welcomed his first child with Yetunde who played Miss Pepeye in the Papa Ajasco comedy-drama on Tuesday, July 26, in Prague, Czech Republic.
His team, Sportovní klub Slavia Praha also known as Slavia Praha or Slavia Prague won the match yesterday against their opponent St. Joseph by 7 – 0 in the ongoing qualification games for the Europa Conference League with Olayinka scoring the third goal during half time.
Celebrating the win, in a linked Instagram post with his football club on Friday, photos of the striker with a few of his team players were shared with their hands positioned as if they were holding a baby.
Captioning the post, he wrote: “For little Gemma.”
Yetunde and Olayinka got married in March 2021.
