Veteran actors Yinka Quadri and Taiwo Hassan aka Ogogo have finally reconciled.
The Yoruba movie stars made up at the house warming and birthday party of their colleague Yomi Fabiyi on Wednesday after Yoruba chanter, Sulaiman Aremu Ajilara aka Ajobiewe, urged them to make peace.
In a video circulating on the internet, the two actors could be seen hugging each other as Yinka sprayed money on the peacemaker.
Recall that a blogger alleged that the duo had fallen out but their fight became pronounced when Yinka was visibly absent at Ogogo’s daughter’s wedding and child naming ceremony.
Their reconciliation, however, came as a surprise to many who were not aware that the movie legends had beef with each other.
“Hhhmmmmm, so this two men dey fight and we no hear anything naa my gender social media go don blow, please oo, you are our role model o we love you. Tori olorun,” an Instagram user named Oreoluwa wrote.
“I never knew that the legends are fighting o and thy have come a long way that God for the reconciliation,” Afolayan wrote.
Adeola wrote: “It’s a shock that both have been having issues without publicity. See matured fight not all this children fight.”
“These two were besties. I knew something was fishy when Yinka Q didn’t attend Shaki’s wedding and naming. Its good to see them together again,” an Instagram user named Tbabyemioga wrote while reacting to the video of them making up.
Actress Laide Bakare also commended them for settling their differences, writing, “Huge congratulations.”
