National leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu has highlighted the importance of education to the APC, saying the senior school certificate examination fees of Nigerian students are taken care of by “us”.
“Your children’s West African examination fees are paid by us so that no one no matter how poor is left behind,” he told a small group of people indoors in a video that has since gone viral.
“The symbol of our party is broom. The symbol of my camp is breaking shackles, we are breaking the shaft of poverty, ignorance.”
The presidential aspirant noted that the country needs peace and stability in order to move forward.
“We need stability in the country. Peace and solving banditry are extremely important because women are the first vulnerable victims.
“Without peace and stability we cannot build a nation as rapidly as we want,” Tinubu said.
