Fuji musician Saheed Osupa has celebrated his son Quadri Okunola, born by his first wife, Azeezat Muhammed, with a note expressing his pride in him.
In a post on Instagram shared late Tuesday, the singer uploaded a video of Quadri delivering a sermon in a mosque, describing his son as a source of inspiration and honour.
“Happy Birthday to my exceptional son, Quadri Akanni Okunola,” Saheed began.
“I celebrate not only your birth but also the incredible impact you’ve made in your endeavors. Your innovative spirit, strategic thinking, and relentless drive have elevated my legacy while staying true to your religious beliefs.
“Your dedication, perseverance, and passion inspire me every day, and I’m honored to see you carry on this legacy with such excellence and integrity.
“Here’s to many more years of breaking boundaries, pushing limits, and achieving greatness together! I love you more than words can express. Happy Birthday, Son, our own young Sheikh😍😍😍,” he wrote.
This is not the first time Saheed has publicly celebrated his children. In October 2024, he marked the birthday of another son, Akeem Omogbolahan, also born by Azeezat.
The Fuji star shared a video compilation of memorable moments with Akeem on Instagram, calling him an “amazing son.”
“Happy birthday to my amazing son, Akeem Omogbolahan @.everix,” Saheed wrote.
“Today marks a special milestone in your life, and I’m overwhelmed with emotions thinking about the incredible person you’ve become. Your journey from childhood to adulthood has been an absolute joy to witness. I’ve watched you grow into a kind, intelligent, and compassionate individual, and I couldn’t be more proud.”
He added a series of affirmations for Akeem, encouraging him to embrace his dreams, strength and resilience.
Saheed, a proud father of eight, shares six children—Moshood, Quadri, Wasiu, Ridwan, Suliat and Akeem—with his first wife, Azeezat Muhammed.
He also has two children, Taibat and Maleek, with his second wife, Muinat.
