You’re the one learning the hard way, Lord’s Chosen founder Lazarus Muoka mocks VeryDarkMan

Pastor Lazarus Muoka of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement

Founder of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Movement Church Lazarus Mouka has reacted to comments made by social media influencer Martins Otse aka VeryDarkMan regarding a viral testimony shared by the church.

Lately, some viral testimonies of members of Muoka’s church gave birth to ‘I Am A Chosen’ trend on social media.

On September 16, VeryDarkMan reacted on his Instagram account to a testimony of a 12-year-old lame child whom the church claimed began to walk after the general overseer prayed for him.

The media personality bemoaned the viral testimonies shared by members of the church, adding “You all going to learn the hard way.”

However, in a recent TikTok video shared on the church’s account, Muoka appeared to mock VeryDarkMan who appeared on Monday before federal lawmakers over allegations of bribery against federal agencies.

The social media influencer earlier posted on social media audio recordings of crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, making bribery allegations against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS).

Muoka, responding to VeryDarkMan, said, “Somebody came to talk to me about that case and said, ‘Pastor, do you see a man speaking against us?’ The man said, ‘Chosen people will learn something the hard way.’ He mentioned the name of the man when this was going on. He said one man they called VeryDarkMan said, ‘Chosen will learn something the hard way.'”

He added, “No, Chosen will not learn something the hard way; he is the one who will learn it the hard way. What’s happening today? Is he learning something the hard way?”

The cleric stressed that he didn’t say anything evil to VeryDarkMan but echoed the online critic’s comments about the church.
