The board of directors of Zenith Bank Plc has approved the group audited consolidated and separate financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020 and the payment of a final dividend.
This is subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the bank disclosed in a statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
According to the statement signed by the company secretary/general counsel Michael Otu, the board considered and approved the results at its meeting held on Thursday.
The bank also noted that the NSE, as well as the investing public, would be notified upon receipt of CBN’s approval of the financial statements.
