Actor Zubby Michael has replied those criticising him over his silence on the death of his colleague Junior Pope.
The actor received backlash from social media users for not publicly reacting to the shocking demise of Junior Pope who died in a boat accident alongside four others.
Junior Pope was confirmed dead on the night of April 10 after several attempts to resuscitate him failed. The actor alongside make-up artist Abigail Frederick, and the production crew; Friday, Olanti and Precious drowned in Anam River on their way back from the set of Another Side of Life, a movie produced by Adanma Luke.
While several of his colleagues like Angela Okorie, Ebele Okaro, Ini Edo, Destiny Etiko, Chizzy Alichi, Prince Eke, Jerry Amilo, Patience Ozokwo, and Lizzy Gold publicly reacted to the death of Junior Pope, Zubby Micheal however, maintained his silence.
It would appear that Zubby’s silence made Angela Okorie upset as the actress has been dragging him on social media, making several allegations against him.
However, Zubby in an Instagram post on Thursday finally replied those wondering why he has not publicly mourned his colleague or posted a picture of the deceased like others.
He posted a video on his page with the caption: “Make una rest no be by posting #ZM #A1 #doings #nawedeyhere #blessup @abutexfoodequipment
